Our Now Care wellness staff has your best interest in mind when it comes to your health and wellbeing. We want you to learn what it takes to get healthy and stay healthy. You'll not only feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally, but look better too! We want you to learn how to balance good nutrition with proper exercise while still being able to live life. Here at Now Care our wellness coaches will help you modify your lifestyle by meeting with us weekly for one-on-one coaching. Our program is not a diet! We will educate you on how to realistically change your daily routine so that it's realistic to continue forever. So remember, you'll have to continue with your new healthy habits in order for you to be successful in maintaining this new healthy way of life.

We are a physician supervised wellness program, which allows you to use a medication called Phentermine (that is if the provider approves you to take it). Phentermine is a stimulant which will help to suppress the appetite and also help to speed the metabolism. However this medication is only used for a maximum of 20 weeks and is used together with diet, exercise, and behavior modification to treat over-weight or obese people. We do not rely on the Phentermine to lose the weight, we rely on YOU!

You will also receive a Vitamin B-Complex injection each week.  B-vitamins are water-soluble vitamin that our bodies require on a daily basis. There are eight total "B" vitamins though we will only provide you with five. Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Pyridoxine.

Initial start-up fee is $100; this includes lab work (EKG, CMP, CBC, and TSH & Lipids) and a general physical done here at our clinic. These will both need to be completed prior to having your initial consultation with our Wellness Coordinator. This will ensure that you are able to take the medication we provide. If you are unable to take the medication offered you are still eligible to follow through with our program, and we encourage that. Each follow-up appointment after having your physical and labs done will cost $30. This includes your next week's medication, 1 vitamin B-complex injection, access to our online food & exercise log, vitals & body measurements, and a 20 minute consultation with one of our wellness coaches.
